Mission

To provide students with a pure and positive environment to develop their mental and physical health and to provide meaningful learning opportunities so that students can develop good habits in their daily lives and improve their characters, and develop harmonious and compassionate worldviews, so that as they better themselves they can also help others.

Theme

The “daily camping/school” for the well-being of body and mind.

Dates

Summer school: July 9 – August 20 (42 days)
Summer camp: July 14 - July 25 (12 days)

Ages

For students 4-18 years old, classes will be held separately for boys and girls.

Classes and Activities

Meditation, Chinese, lectures on Buddhism, sports and games, tai chi, gardening, storytelling, arts and crafts, discussions, Buddhist singing and chanting, organic farm visits, cultural excursions, lectures on education, memorization, talent shows, the four deportments, healthy living, community service, resource conservation, translation, performances

Costs

Summer school: USD. $950 – includes class fees: 200, room and board: 750 (non-refundable registration fee of $20)
Summer camp:

Day students USD. $270 – includes class fees: 200, meals: 70 (non-refundable registration fee of $20)

Boarding students USD. $500 – includes class fees: 200, meals:300 (non-refundable registration fee of $20)

Classes will be taught in English and Chinese

Notes:

Financial assistance is available, please ask.
Delicious vegetarian meals and snacks
All students are asked to not bring computers/laptops, electronic games, dangerous substances and goods, improper materials, and foods containing pungent plants, meat, and eggs onto school grounds.
Students should be dressed neatly and appropriately in white tops and blue or black pants. Please bring your own hats or visors.
The class schedule will be announced on the first day.

二、主題：身心環保的生活營

三、日期：

a.暑期班：7月9日—8月20日（共42天）

b.夏令營：7月14日—7月25日（共12天）

四、學生年齡：4-18歲，男女兼收，分班上課。

六、課程內容：

打坐、中文、佛學講座、素食烹飪、運動遊戲、太極拳、園藝、講故事、手工藝、問題討論、佛教唱誦、參觀有機農場、文化禮巡、教育座談、背誦、才藝表演、四大威儀、保健常識、出坡、愛護地球資源、翻譯、演講等等。

七、費用：

暑期班： USD. $950：含學費200、膳宿費750〈報名費$20恕不退還〉

夏令營：日間生USD. $270：含學費200、膳食費70〈報名費$20恕不退還〉

住宿生USD. $500：含學費200、膳宿費300 〈報名費$20恕不退還〉

八、特色：中英文雙語教學

九、備註：

1.備有助學金申請辦法

2.備有美味可口素食及點心

3.凡學生不可攜帶電腦、電動玩具、危險物品、不良刊物、葷腥肉蛋類食品進入校園。

4.服裝整齊、端莊，白色上衣，藍色或黑色長褲，請自備遮陽帽。
