This is an annual event held in the Fall to honor the elders of the community. People regardless of age in the West Sacramento, greater Sacramento area and beyond are invited to attend this event at CDR in which a variety of performances take place to share and showcase the Chinese culture of dragon dance, lion dance, music, art, Tai Chi, drumming, etc. culminating in a delicious, carefully planned 8-course dinner that is served to honor those over 60 years of age. A vegan cake is also served to honor those over the age of 70 years.
